Kiosk mode for Guest Portal

We’ve added Kiosk Mode to the Guest Portal, designed for use on shared or public devices within hotels. With Kiosk Mode, hotels can safely place the Guest Portal on a public tablet or kiosk, allowing guests to:

Make and view dining and activity bookings during their stay
View all the hotels offerings, giving hotels a great opportunity to upsell guests
Access their bookings using a simple verification process: just name, arrival date and departure date
Enjoy enhanced privacy, with all personal information (name, email, phone) automatically masked
Benefit from built-in security, as the portal automatically signs out after 60 seconds of inactivity

Kiosk Mode makes it easy for guests to manage their plans on property while ensuring privacy and security on shared devices.
