We now have the ability to track reservation emails that are sent to your guests. This allows you to track whether a customer received, opened or clicked on a reservation email, if it bounced or if it was marked as spam.

We also give you the option to download the email the customer was sent along with the stats on that reservation email (delivery status, number of times opened or clicked). This can be useful in the case of chargebacks, where the payment processor is looking for proof that a customer received and/or opened the reservation reminder email and confirmatin email.
Custom Email Domains
We now have the ability to send all your emails from an email domain of your choosing. By default, all your emails are sent from a custom email domain created for your TablePath account (e.g. your-restaurant-name.tpced.com) but you now have the option to send your emails from your own domain.
